News Update

ICPID 2020 - 2020 2nd International Conference on Product Innovation and Design will be held in Singapore during 27-29 September 2020.

The ICPID 2020 provides an international forum for the exchange between those fields, to present advances in the state of the art, identify emerging research topics, and together define the future of these exciting research domains. This conference will feature excellent speakers, major technical parallel sessions, and invited tracks.

We invite researchers from Product Innovation and Design to participate and submit their work to the program. Likewise, any work related that has a relation to any of these fields or potential for the usage in any of them is welcome.

You are also welcomed to suggest any topic, activity or scientific program you would like to see covered during the conference. Your active contribution will be crucial to the success of the conference and its impact on our global mission.

COVID-19 Update: ICPID 2020 will go virtual!

Following the advice and guidelines from healthcare officials and local authorities, ICPID 2020 will now be held virtually on 27-29 September 2020. Meanwhile, registration fees for the ICPID 2020 will be drastically reduced.

Product innovation

Product innovation is the creation and subsequent introduction of a good or service that is either new, or an improved version of previous goods or services. This is broader than the normally accepted definition of innovation that includes the invention of new products which, in this context, are still considered innovative. Thus product innovation can be divided into two categories of innovation:

  • radical innovation which aims at developing a new product
  • incremental innovation which aims at improving existing products

Attending Registration

Author - Full Paper Submission

As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICPID 2020, orally or poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time; Paper be published into the journal.

Presenter Only - Abstract Submission

As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICPID 2020, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit. Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials; 15 Minutes presentation time;

Listener Registration

As Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published. Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials;

Publication

  • ICPID 2020 will cover a wide range of research directions in basic Product Innovation and Design. Welcome!
  • Accepted paper will be published in Journal of Industrial and Intelligent Information, and sent to be indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, Engineering & Technology Digital Library and etc.

  • JIII aims to provide a high profile, leading edge forum for academic researchers, industrial professionals, engineers, consultants, managers, educators and policy makers working in the field to contribute and disseminate innovative new work on Industrial and Intelligent Information.
